The visual dispensing machine mainly completes the dispensing work automatically through mechanical equipment. The entire operation steps are controlled in the software, and the entire workflow is automated. The manual glue dispenser basically controls the entire working steps manually. First, the pressure tank outputs the glue into the syringe, and then the controller is used to control the flow rate, and finally the syringe is hand-held to complete the glue application.

2. Different application objects
Because of the high degree of automation, the visual dispensing machine is mainly used in the dispensing of large-scale precision devices, including semiconductor packaging, dispensing of internal structural parts of mobile phones, dispensing and assembly of external structural parts, computer casings, relays, etc. Manual dispensing machines are mainly used for dispensing of small quantities of products that do not require high accuracy because they are mainly manpower.
3. The difficulty of operation is different
A high-quality vision dispenser has an intelligent vision system, which can install industrial lenses on the equipment and install programming software on the computer. The manual dispensing machine lacks the mechanical movement part. It can only manually hold the glue head and perform the dispensing operation on the product that needs to be dispensed. Therefore, its operation is more complicated and the speed is slower than that of the visual dispensing machine.
