1. Four principles:
Small point - small needle, low pressure, short time
Larger - Larger needle, higher pressure, longer time
Thick glue - oblique needle, high pressure, set time according to need
Aqueous liquids - small needle, less pressure, set time as needed
2. Fluids that require special settings
Instant glue: use a safety piston and a Teflon-lined metal needle for water-based instant glue, use a tapered bevel needle for thick instant glue, and use a PP needle for flexibility.
UV glue: Use amber syringe, white piston and beveled needle (UV-shielding). If you use other types of needles, please order UV-shielding needles from our company.
Light-curing glue: Use black opaque syringe, white piston, and UV-shielding needle.
Anaerobic Adhesive: Use a 10CC syringe with a white PE universal plunger.
Sealant and paste fluid: If the white piston has serious rebound, please use the safety type and use the inclined needle
